Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. * We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please refer to the size charts in the product descriptions before ordering!
- If your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so I can make it right.
The "Act of God" Clause

In the event of a personal emergency or supply chain delays (such as garment blanks being out of stock), I will communicate with you immediately via email or DM to provide an updated timeline.
