When will my order ship? Everything is made-to-order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your items to be hand-pressed and processed before they ship. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer local pickup? Yes! If you are in the Pasadena area, you can select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Please include your phone number in the notes so I can text you to coordinate a pickup time once your order is ready.
Can I change my size or cancel my order? Because I begin processing orders quickly, cancellations or size changes are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please double-check the size charts in the product descriptions before checking out!
What is your return policy? Since every item is custom-made for you, all sales are final. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so I can fix it for you.
How do I care for my hand-pressed apparel? To keep your designs looking fresh:
- Use a gentle, non-bleach, non-softener laundry detergent.
- Turn shirts INSIDE OUT to protect their design from chafing and friction.
- Wash the garment Cold or Warm. Avoid hot water - Hot water can cause discoloration, and hot water can also damage your prints.
- Do not iron directly on the design.
Are your bookmarks durable? Yes! My bookmarks are handcrafted using high-quality resin, making them waterproof, shatter-resistant, and built to last. They won’t tear or fade like traditional paper bookmarks, making them a perfect long-term companion for your Bible or favorite books.
